Cool, so if you've been following this blog, you might know that I've decided to start Dark Eldar. Though my list is as yet slightly uncertain, I know I'll want a raider. So, here are some pictures of the first thing I painted for this army. It took me like 7 hours total. Those 5 guys riding it took up a ton more than I expected. Anyways, hope you like it. Sorry, some came out a little blurry. I think it's just a limitation of my somewhat older camera. |

Love it, what a great colour scheme! My favourite bit is the weather look on the hull - fantastic job!

Looks a bit rough, even taking weathering into consideration.
And you look like a douche, even taking the internets into consideration :)
Ulven and Zach: Thanks, the encouragement is much appreciated :)
Nice details. I've always wondered how that lighting effect (the white lines in between the plating) is done. Any chance of getting some tutorials for that?
To be honest, all I do with my models is a base coat and quickshade as my LGS is filled with a bunch of elitest painters who all seem to think everyone playing has been painting for 10+ years and do not feel like explaining anything.
