Howdy, everyone! Today I wanted to give you a list I've been thinking about playing. It's a little different than my all assault marine list, in that it sacrifices a few wounds and combat ability in order to threaten tanks more. Here's the list:
1850 Blood Angels:
Mephiston
Librarian w/ Jump Pack, Fear of the Darkness, Unleash Rage
Sanguinary Priest w/ combi-melta, Jump Pack
Sanguinary Priest w/ combi-melta, Jump Pack
Sanguinary Priest w/ infernus pistol, Jump Pack
10x Assault Marines w/ 2x Melta Guns, Infernus Pistol, Thunder Hammer
10x Assault Marines w/ 2x Melta Guns, Infernus Pistol, Thunder Hammer
10x Assault Marines w/ 2x Melta Guns, Infernus Pistol, Thunder Hammer
3x Attack Bikes w/ 3x Multi-melta
3x Attack Bikes w/ 3x Multi-melta
3x Attack Bikes w/ 3x Multi-melta
So, lots of melta, lots of fast moving awesomeness. I took the Sanguinor out in favor of Mephiston, since I felt I needed a little more raw killy power in the list.
The thing I think I like most about it are the Attack Bikes + FNP combo. T5 on Turbo-boosting multi-wound models is hard enough to pop- add FNP into the mix and it gets quite a bit harder to deal with. The assault squads would be behind the bikes most times, ready to jump in and counter-assault if someone decided they wanted a piece of the Attack Bikes.
There isn't a whole lot of 'super-range' in the list, but I don't think it requires it, honestly, due to the speedy nature of the army itself.
What do you think?

I like this list. Looks like it could be very fun to play and would panic your opponent a lot. Just imagine fielding some vehicles against this set. You'd pretty much have to just concede to the fact that all of your vehicles are toast.
My only concern would be horde style players? Admittedly I haven't played in any tournament so I wouldn't know what to expect.
the funest i ever have had with an army was my 1000 point sanguinary guard army, 16 models (3 squads and dante all with deathmasks 1 infernus pistol, 1 squad had all infernus pistols and banner, ivwon like 16 games in a row too, never lost with 'em, i am thinking of converting my guys into sanguinary guard...
Jeffery: Yeah, hopefully it can kill most mech armies well, which is the idea.
The list is also pretty strong against horde armies, because FNP makes everything resilient vs. standard attacks. Also, assault marines tend to do well vs. horde style infantry- I'd be more worried about playing against deathstar type infantry armies :)
My issue would be Mephiston. He's hard as nails, but if his Wings power is stopped, he can't really keep up with the rest of the army. I'd also want to put Shield on the librarian, for the cases where you can't find cover. Aside from Mephiston, you don't have a lot of seriously hard combat units (RAS are ok, but if they don't get the charge they're unimpressive), which might worry me since you don't have a lot of suppression firepower either.
I think Mephiston is a poor choice for this list. You would be better served with the Sanguinor.

Xaereth: I've never had to deal with a death star. I know I'm very new but in my group I am generally the death star player (lol, the eldar player I was playing with called my 5 man Assault Squad with Libby in a razorback a death star).
I'd be worried about a 30 man orc mob with a nob and power claw?
